3 calendar options let you work out 4, 5, or 6 days a week with primal movement as the foundation for one of the most dynamic lifting programs you’ll ever experience. Repeat the moves until you master them & completely change the way you lift, move, & feel.
Tempo-based exercises vary your lifting pace to maximize the challenge—and your gains. End with an 8-minute block of AMRAP (as many reps as possible).
