Jose’s story


Jose L. needed a change. The 34-year-old from New Jersey had always been physically fit but now found himself in a rut. The same old workouts had become boring, and his motivation was at an all-time low.

Dialing in his diet

During the 90-day program, Jose followed the 2B Mindset nutrition plan, which, he says, was key to his results. "I like that I’ve been able to tie in the nutrition and fitness together. I can really see the benefits," he says.
