THE WORKOUTS
Super Trainer Megan Davies brings her motivational training style to help you build a sustainable and positive relationship with fitness for 30–45 minutes, 5 days per week, for 8 weeks.
Endurance workouts use lighter weights and higher reps with cardio to tap into your slow-twitch muscle fibers to help you get lean and sculpted.
Power workouts use slow and controlled heavy lifting with one explosive cardio day. These workouts target your fast-twitch muscle fibers to help you build strength and promote fat loss.
Every 4th week you’ll do a hybrid of both training styles plus mobility work to help you reset and recalibrate to come back even stronger.
Have an exercise bike? You can choose to swap out a cardio workout for a Sure Thing bike ride (choose from 8 rides), or ride on a rest day for an extra challenge.
