"This is silly. There's no way I'm going to get results doing yoga," Katie thought as she took her "before" photos for her step-by-step BODi plan, which included the 6-week power yoga and primal movement program, BODi LAVA.

With her summer vacation behind her, Katie is ready for her next adventure.
