In the morning light of his children's playroom, Matthew F. moves through his LIIFT4 workout routine with practiced determination. His two young kids play nearby, occasionally mimicking his movements with gleeful enthusiasm.


It's a scene that would have been unimaginable less than two years before, when Matthew was struggling with anxiety, depression—and an additional 71 pounds on his frame.

COVID hit and everything got worse

It was Matthew's wife who finally sparked the change. Watching her husband spiral deeper into unhealthy habits, she confronted him with a truth he couldn't ignore: "You can't keep going like this. Or else you’re not going to be around for your kids when they get older."
