Lauren’s story

After a difficult C-section, 31-year-old mom of three Lauren F. was struggling. She thought she would never get back her pre-baby body—or her abilities. 

 

“My C-section pooch has been a sore spot for me. It's an area I have been super self-conscious about,” Lauren admitted.

As she completed her final workout, Lauren found herself emotional. "Heading into workout 100, I honestly just can't believe that I've shown up for myself," she says. It marks the first time she committed to anything for 100 consecutive days.

 

But rather than an ending, day 100 became a new beginning. "I'm excited to make this challenge 200-, 300-plus days," Lauren says.

 

She hopes her journey can be an inspiration to other post-partum mothers facing similar struggles. "I just can't wait for people to see what they are able to achieve through committing that short window of time to themselves."
