This is great. It doesn't clump up, mixes nice and easily and doesn't have any weird aftertaste! Its got a great flavor both on the watermelon and the blue raz that I've had. I take like that there's no feeling like ice overdosed on caffeine with the tingles and all that. I’ve really liked using this pre-workout. The watermelon flavor tastes great and mixes well without being overly sweet, it also mixes smoothly. I also love that it includes both creatine and an amino blend, which makes it feel more complete compared to other pre-workouts I’ve tried. i love that you can actually feel your adrenaline start to kick in when it tingles. it can make you a little jittery but as long as you workout right away it will subside. do not take, and not workout! i had to postpone a workout once after taking and it was not a fun feeling! but def helps give you a pepp in your step!
